Everybody, calm down. The teaser image from today just means that the announcement in 15 days is just going to be that Bohi of the Itzel is going to be a main character in the next expansion.
I think Emps designed each Primarch not just to have their own aura and function but to play off of others (these are just examples in an incomplete list INCOMPLETE I SAY TO YOU-) like Konrad (the judge) and Sanguinius (the angel) playing off of one another as voices of 'mercy', Horus (Emperor's warmaster) and Lorgar (Emperor's face/voice/herald) as a dual war and peace arm of the Emperor, Fulgrim (artist of ethereal) and Perturabo (artist of the functional/brute destroyer), or little trios like Roboute (Emps' ambition, governance body), Mortarion (scientist, Erda), Magnus (main psyker, Malcador) (yes they're both psykers but Morty like Erda would be intended to be more science-minded while Magnus would be focused on the Warp and the two were meant to counter each other and be moved by Roboute who thinks about how these things are relevant to the greater Imperium), and if he did that he 100% designed Angron and Itzel to be the more relaxed openly empathetic/sympathetic ones (also maybe a little bit of paring up a psyker and non-psyker in many cases to be parallel buddies but shhh).
In the original pre-Scattering plan there's Primarchs that were mostly meant for war effort only and would be disposed of shortly after (eg Horus, Ferrus, Vulkan), Primarchs that would be disposed off after the straggler planets and more isolated folks were found and brought into the fold (eg Angron, Itzel, Corvus), and Primarch that would be needed to help transition society to be fully 'democratic' and then executed after (eg Roboute, Magnus (as a living battery), Konrad).
The auras were meant to be a sort of baseline to help establish these roles and then be reinforced by training and upbringing. Konrad would have been inspiring a severity but not fear so much as the 'objective' arm of justice, Lorgar would be inspiring warmth and (at least in Emps' idiot head) non-religious devotion, Sanguinius inspiring warm awe etc, and affecting how they interact with baselines.
With the Scattering, these intended roles got criss-crossed with the circumstances of whatever the planets had going on, some more successfully (Magnus, Roboute, Lion) than others (Angron, Konrad, Lorgar). Primarchs who had interactions as part of the lower or oppressed class tended to inspire a certain level of more intense loyalty and devotion that wasn't built on just awe, and imo would reduce a bit of the 'holy shit Primarch in the room 'effect with time (see: Angron's City Eaters, Morty joking with his Death Guard towards the end of the rebellion), while those who were more isolated for one reason or another tend to only have the aura and backing power to go and have fewer sincere connections (see: Many people on Olympia hating Perturabo, Nostramo fearing Konrad but deliberately sending him their worst candidates). Angron and Itzel were meant to be more easily approachable from early on and easier to develop those social bonds with.
In Angron's case, that got screwed up badly by the Nails eating his entire aura, but in Itzel's case, it's lead to most of the planet he's on being exposed (small-ass population) and losing most of their inherent 'awe' for any given Primarch. They'll fear the ones with actively threatening auras (Konrad, Angron, Perturabo if he's glaring) but have no qualms about just approaching a guy who isn't friendly-looking (Mortarion, Ferrus, Konrad if he's lucid/Angron if he's not actively pissed off) adn engaging with the same level of respect they'd give to their own leaders, not to the guys meant to be demigods. This is even worse for Astartes because Itzel's planet-born Astartes returned a lot and make a point of wearing the effect off so they can still have their home, and now any given oceanwalker baseline only fears an Astartes if actively in danger of being hurt/killed by one (and while an Astartes can kill any mortal, oceanwalkers have a high homebase advantage on account of knowing which currents are safe to dive into and which will actually kill yes even an Astartes).
Anyways Emps watches his two meant-to-be-casual-and-approachable kids turn out to be a guy being destroyed by technology in his skull and a guy who dives into the toxic currents that baselines can't go to so they can test its effects on human flesh and wonders for the first time if maybe this was a bad idea.
Itzel's design is so cool!! I wish we had more information about her and her host 🦇🕷️
