sure Itza-chu is only 24 physically bc that's the age he died and was revived at. but he was born in 1952 so he's Old, and his revival was in 1976. the current year of the setting is 2038 so he's like 86 actually. imagine being physically younger than your 34yo great grandson. wild.

i think itza-chu's character traits includes complaining about not being paid enough as a bounty hunter to kill giant like. flaming alligators or some shit in post apocalyptic america.
