Dear 2018, I know I’m about 3 days late, BUT I didn’t have the chance to say a proper goodbye. For more than half of you, I complained and did not appreciate the time we shared together, but towards the end the only thing I have to say is, Thank you. THANK YOU, for allowing to know my own strengths, as one of the best once said, “ I didn’t know my own strength!” I failed, I was tested, I was tempted and most of all and most importantly....I was blessed. Blessed with new people, a stronger faith within Christ, family & truly knowing who I am and what I stand for. So as much as I would love to say this year was a walk in the Park, we both know it was clearly not, but you didn’t break me. You simply allowed me to slowly rebuild myself into the person I want to and soon will be. I’m a work in progress, and no it’s not a new year, new me but better yet, a new year & a BETTER me.
