Summer Summary, part Deux
I went very quickly to Vintage Champs les Sims, Spring 1952 but had to come back to RL Summer 2020 because...
... had the visit of 6 of my nieces, 1 lil' cousin (Maaaaaad!!) and 2 of my nephews, who promptly took over my computers (I sense a déjà-vu). @lilidebergerac see what’s coming for you when yours grow up a tiny bit ^^ At least this time they did play The Sims (2,3&4) from time to time, because stealing my spot to play cards? COME ON!!
Since I couldn’t play I drew. I still have to color it and do the whole background thingy so it’s still super far from done, but am glad I’ve started the picture as I’ve been meaning to draw that character for months!
@simsaralove Happy to report, the girls have taken to my totally trendsetting look ^^ . That's my nieces Juju, Fafa and Kamkam rocking underwear-headgear!! Tata/auntie is mighty proud and even my 5½ nephew got in on the trend. 4 yo nephew/their cousin is still facepalming though :-D (he is known as the one with tastes ^^ ) !
Finally managed to get a quick hold of my computer to browse through my sims3-archives. Pleasantview 2016 was my first stop.
Then re-installed 2015 Strangetown to go grab a few builds from there.
Kinda got stuck in Pleasantview and decided I would re-make the world. That’s City Hall for now where I’m actively trying not to use the roof lantern thingy from Dragon Valley because I’d like to build it Store content and cc free (It’s hard you guys! I love that roof-thingy!! ) That time around when building the town I went for a more Californian look for non-sims2 inspired buildings - previous city hall
Playtested a few textures for the weirder-by-the-minute-trees in my cursed-wood world. Also played around in my mind on how to name said world: all the puns am coming up with are even worse than usual ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
