This will include building the risk culture and guaranteeing the operational risk management framework adheres to enterprise-wide standards and policies.The IT Risk Manager will sit on the Global Risk & Controls team, responsible for the monitoring and testing of key controls and support for audit functions, as well as enterprise-wide compliance projects.Duties & Responsibilities:Continuously develop and support the enterprise's risk framework.Support and drive operational risk initiatives on a variety of levels across the firm.Identify relevant risks through key risk assessments relative to essential business processes.Establish risk and control procedures and documentation for risk assessments when necessary.Contribute to essential governance meetings through effective preparation of essential documentation and policies.Escalate risks and debate potential solutions for remediation.Skills Required:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related.Prior experience in an information security or technology risk position within the financial services or consulting space.Knowledge of risk-based assessments and ability to identify relevant risks.Strong knowledge of technology processes and control programs related to Global Markets.Prior experience working with IT general controls (COBIT and other relevant risk frameworks) to identify system gaps.Strong understanding of auditing of various IT tools including, but not limited to databases, network devices, and applications.Knowledge of infrastructure change management and application development.Professional certifications (CISA, CISSP, etc.) is preferred.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.A keen attention to detail and the ability work under deadlines.To apply, please click on the link.
