When it comes to tattoos, knowing what you want is always excellent. If you can envision it, the artist in turn should be able to produce it. I understand how it's calming to go in KNOWING what the tattoo could potentially look like, but it's the artists job to provide you with exactly what you want, it IS on you forever after all.If you can't find anyone willing to draw it, think of as many details of the tattoo as you can. If words are involved, research the font and size for the artist. They're very good at bringing to life what the customer wants. Countless times people will go in with just ideas and the artist will produce something that matches their requests. Don't be afraid to ask for changes, it's their job to make you happy, and they're expensive so it's not like they'll be upset if you ask for changes.I hope this rambling essay will have helped some.
