This is not simply a racist problem, this is a problem for all HUMANITY. We as a society focus on so much on the superficiality of life, what someone looks like, what they have, where they live, how much money they have in their pocket. The greed, jealousy, arrogance, isolation and fear have to stop, is really that difficult for people to care and work together in general? No matter your race, religion, sexual orientation or profession; we are PEOPLE. Black, white, blue, yellow, green or so on we all bleed red, we were all created in the image and likeness of GOD and we are destroying all of the beauty that we have been graced with. These are gifts, the world owes no one anything. Society is so fixated on stereotypes and hate that this is what it is causing. It is allowing an abuse of power on so many levels. As a mother of a young boy, I wonder what have I done by bringing him into a world such as the one we live in today and the only answer I can come up with is for him to make the world a better place, for him to have values, respect and enough sense to know right from wrong and allow himself to stand up for what is right, even if he stands alone. We as a people need to relish in the fact that there is strength in unity and that we can thrive as a world once we realize we are ONE world. My thoughts, prayers, love, support and strength go out to all and a sincere THANK YOU to all those who protect us, you put your lives on the line regularly without hesitation. God bless
