Most of us always post images of ourselves where we think we look good. I like to celebrate the authenticity of the human body which is ugly to many. This is what we truly are, covered in layers of skin and scales… Atleast the doc stitched me up with a color I love. I sometimes use the mascara of that color and like that hue in my hair too at times. These were my first stitches I got in my life aside from childbirths and a couple of surgeries. Was a dark day and a horrid experience for all of us but I am already on the road to recovery. Makes my heart go out to all the people who get banged up in accidents.
