Saturday night was a first for Ithacappella when a Guiding Eyes dog and one of her handlers, Maegan Sheets ‘15, won the Serenade Surprise. As delighted audience members took to Twitter (see below), Maegan and the appropriately named pooch, Ballad, were soon surrounded by the a capella group as they sang “Fools Rush In,” which was appropriate for the pair because (everyone join in) “[Weeee] caaan’t help fallllling in love wittthhh you!”
