About the whole talking out loud thing; don't be nervous! I mean, I didn't exactly practice what I'm preaching the first time we spoke, but it's worth it. Hearing my SO's voice puts a smile on my face like nothing else can. It's quite comforting to hear a loved one's voice when they can't be around.
