is she a bad person? yes. like. basically everyone is nevada is tbh. did she let spite drive her with the sherriff stuff? absolutely. (i mean he also kinda starts it but idk how warrented the response is). but like nothing to do with nexus city is her fault. the improbability drive isnt her fault. shes a scapegoat AUGH (clutches my head)

i guess one of the best parts about 2b being able to revive people over and over again is he doesnt have to get any “life saving” (does it count if their dead while its being performed?) surgeries on hank right on the first try, he can just revive her again until he gets it right.
one of the worst parts is hank having to wake up from dying an agonising death to immediately be dying another horrible death over and over again, and then when the revival is finally successful just having to go on with her life awaiting the next time this cycle takes place.
hank with an insanely strong need to be useful or seen as an asset drives me crazy
she wants to be useful, to prove how much the sq needs them so they push themself hard to be better than everyone else and it works well. until they push themself too far and get seriously hurt, they veiw their injury as a weakness and something that could make people see them as a “less valuable asset” so they push themself even harder than before they got hurt and the injury combined with the stress theyre putting on themself because of it leads them to getting more hurt and the cycle repeats over and over and over. until what? they just. physically cant anymore? then what do they do? not be a living weapon?
at a certain point the other members of sq dont want her to keep doing this, they dont veiw her as an “asset”, shes their friend but she just. doesnt get it. she thinks if she stops fighting they wont want her. so they just have to watch her destroy herself and theyve tried to pull her out of it but its not working!!! they just have to wait til she cant do it anymore then try to pick up the pieces i guess.
i think hank feels like shes mimicking someone all the time but the person shes impersonating the past version of herself.
people liked her then… and now shes a tool with the express purpose of getting a job done in her eyes. most people she knew back then are either dead or they lost contact.
even her family, she thinks theyre dead and they think the same of her. them thinking shes dead is the perfect version of that situation for her, the person with her old name went to the park and died there. to them shes still that person, she never changed in their heads to what she is now. somewhere out there the old hank exists even just in someones head.
she wants to be who she was and do better this time! she knows things that would have made her happier back then and regrets not acting on them even though she didnt even know it was an option.

ok sq plays zelda games assigned by ME. my credentials? ive been into madcom since i was 14 and zelda since i was 4.
deimos- this is easy. tears of the kingdom. you can build weird ass contraptions, theres so many things too do aside from the main story AND totk is big for speed running, there are so many insane glitches and exploits you can do. i think he'd enjoy that.
my 2nd pick (aside from botw which is essentially just totk lite these days) would be twilight princess, i think he'd like the kinda "dark gritty" (dark as a zelda game can get... which is actually like. alot.) story/ aesthetic. and he just strikes me as someone who unironically enjoys those "badass wolf" shirts.
sanford- this is kinda a toss up for me, but these are two very simmilar games. those games being: ocarina of time and of course, MAJORAS MASK! (thats my favorite video game ever. if you havent been subjected to zelda talk from me before and didnt know)
theyre classics for a reason, good balance of puzzles and action, hes a pretty smart guy and enjoys fighting so i figure it makes sense. he seems to me like the person in sq who'd care the most about story, which these both do very well. maybe the lingering shadow of death in majoras would resonate with him hehe. and ocarina houses the zelda francises TORTURE DUNGEONS!!!! [thats not hyberbole or a joke.]
2b- i think he wants every one to know how much more talented than them he is, and he wants people to be interested by his unique tastes. sooo, i think he'd say his favorite game is: The legend of zelda 2, the adventure of link. this one is pretty controversial. alot of fans think its terrible and its also REALLY DIFFICULT. like "yeah this ones my favorite idk what everyones complaining about i thought it was easy lol" (maybe he would also say oracle of ages/seasons cus only like 3 people have played those ones /lh)
but in reality i think he'd actually like one of the more puzzle oriented handheld games, maybe a link between worlds.
hank- honestly i think hank doesnt enjoy video games and is not very good at them, i can see her enjoying windwaker though, its pretty cute you can play with the birds and the pigs on the games starting island. does she ever. leave the starting island? um. maybe? but if she does windwaker is also one of the easiest games so that saves sq from having a controller thrown through the wall (hopefully.)
she also might enjoy phantom hourglass (also cute and easy (one of like the two zelda games you can probably play 1 handed also)) or minish cap (very cute, cant say anything for difficulty though, i havent had an oppertunity to try it :< )
