Before you call tech support, have you:
Restarted your device? Sounds silly but people don’t always do this.
Cleared your browser cache? Closed and reopened?
Tried a different browser or incognito mode?
Tried logging in on a different device? Tried logging in on mobile data?
Tried resetting your password?
Uninstalled the software then reinstalled the software?
Made sure you have enough space on your hard drive?
Made sure your device doesn’t have any updates?
Turned your Wifi on and off?
Forgotten the network then restarted device and tried to reconnect?
Plugged your ethernet cable in?
Made sure your monitor is plugged in? Keyboard, headset, mouse?
Checked that the website permissions have access to the things it needs? (Check the padlock next to the URL field)
Checked if anyone else is having the same issue? Searched for any outages?
Have you tried waiting some time and then tried/checked again? Have you waited for the file to download/password to reset/account creation to take place?
Most importantly - have you tried Googling your issue?
