Crack scenario:
Completely anonymously, one of the ninja starts writing "fanfics" about the ninja team. It's mainly quote books and crack, but it gets REALLY popular.
One day, one of the other ninja finds it. Cue a freak-out because "FSM, how is the thing I said in private, at home, get in this random person's fanfiction???? Someone spying on us!"
Despite the embarrassment at now having to explain that they read fanfiction about themselves/the family, this ninja brings it to the others' attention. The ninja are now determined to catch this stalker.
They trace the IP address It comes back to the monastery
