#it begins..

          GENJI SMIRKED as he found a coat like the one he had seen in that one American video that went viral just a few weeks ago. that’s what was in fashion right? A LEGIT coat from America, girls would dig it back home. rags straight from the thrift store! Even if he was late to his hotel room, he wanted to get a matching one for his brother (  hanzo would thank him later  .)    Some obnoxious shirts and that would have been it. Except he saw a girl around his age there ( her hair an interesting red, he noted ) trying out dresses. Strange,  colorful dresses...

Apparently he’d been staring because the girl looks up and catches him looking at her. Shit. Just as quickly she goes about her business. Shit. 

That wouldn’t do.  It just so happened Genji Shimada didn’t leave without making a good ( albeit unashamed ) impression. Pouting, he spends a few more minutes there, seemingly doing mindless searching before approaching. Smiling his trademark  s m i l e  he gives a wave of the hand,  one lean arm hidden behind his back through it all. 

       she’s gotta be shitting him, right? she’s killed four people? this girl who stands half a foot shorter than he does if she takes off her designer shoes, looks like she might weigh 100 pounds soaking wet, and speaks with a voice soft enough that he almost feels the need to cup a hand around his ear to hear her? there’s no way in hell. she’s screwing with him. if he had to guess he’d say she’s just a party girl, someone who likes to go to frat houses on week nights and snort some coke in the bathroom so she can go home and still get her studying in. she’s never smoked any crystal, never shot up with anything, never killed anyone. but he humors her anyway because she knows that HE has.
