Finally got around to cracking this open...damn! It’s not often I can say that the blurbs are accurate, but this is one of those times (IMO). I shouldn’t have been surprised since personal favorites like Donald Ray Pollock and Dan Chaon (who draws comparisons between Walker and Denis Johnson) wrote two of those aforementioned blurbs.
