Finally got my own ukelele 2 days ago and it's the first. The moment I had it I immediately devoured on the internet for some ukelele tutorials. And this is the very first song that I learned and rehearsed since, for the ukelele. Recorded it in a very low voice and strumming because it was already 11pm and everyone in the flat is sleeping already when I did this, to which i believe why it sounded awful. :(
Also it's uploaded in soundcloud:

Mama Cool!
Ma: how are you
Me: I’m fine :D
Ma: Are you at home?
Me: Yep!
Ma: I’ll play candy crush, ayt? Chat you in a bit.
I know other moms are cooler than mine. But my mom is cool this way. And she’s lovable at that! Happy Mother’s Day, mama!
Happiness and Uncertainties
Have you felt this? You get excited for something you don’t know? Something to happen and you’re not even sure what it is. I don’t know but thinking about next year excites me. Whatever it is, let the world conspire.

The Classic Brain of a Crab
It has been said that we Filipinos (although not all) have this kind of mentality. I actually never believed in this until this day. Unfortunately, I witnessed it myself how they work out with their claws just to make you feel so small. What's sadder is that, in my case, working away from my own country, the one that's pulling you down are your fellow countrymen. They try to choke you in with their aggressiveness and boastfulness.
I wish I could say more but I don't wanna stoop down to the crab's level. Now, I  have to leave the crab with this:  "Pity your haters and don’t let them get to you. Unhappy and unsuccessful people will always harbor hatred, dissatisfaction, and envy at everyone who lives and will live an accomplished and happy life."Â
Doing nothing can be very wise. When you pause doing things, you become more aware or understanding of what’s really going on and often an unexpected solution to your question will arise.
Of Happiness about Caring Less
(Repost from February 22, 2012)
Earlier, I had a random view of my friend's blog entries and saw how she gradually changed and how happy she is about her new life now. For so long, I dwell on disappointments that ate me huge, I never even noticed I was already holding grudges. I was mad at her, I was mad at everyone and I was mad at myself. Â It took me too many years to stop caring.
Sounds selfish, yes. But let me clear it for you.
It's not that I stopped caring about people and the things they do or say. It's more of I stopped caring about what I feel about them and then let them be. Easier said than done, I know. It will take thousands of weird and random circumstances for you to fully embrace caring less about what you feel and be happy for the other person. The fact that you can be genuinely happy for other people despite of is the kind of happiness that is truly liberating.Â
The day that I stopped caring was the day that I realized I was happy for her and for what she has become. Things between us isn't the same anymore, but I'm much, much happier of where we are now. And you know what's funny? Her blog inspired me to look at life again in a different perspective and not to lean so much on emotions for they are just fleeting. I'm trying to change that in me and I think i should practice more about caring less, not just with friendships and people but to every aspect of my life.Â
