I think so. Its a higher chance if the other Pokemon is female and lower if the other is male (I’m seeing 80/20 but I don’t know for sure).

Hidden Abilities cannot be passed down from male or genderless Pokémon, and will not be passed down if the female was paired with a Ditto.
Like I thought it was 80/20 but some sources where saying 60 so I have no idea, and I think that rule applied to gen 5 only cause Im getting a few unburden swirlix by having one with a ditto
