Gacha Luck Somedays (Knights Edition)

“Wahaha!!”

Leo’s distinct laugh rings brightly in the early rays of sunshine that penetrates through the dark curtains of the practice room. The room is still dimly lit courtesy of Ritsu’s request and because you had all woken up half an hour ago after pulling an all nighter of practice.

Leo, normally on of the last ones to reconnect with the land of the living, is already up and about when you had trudged back into the room with a box. He bounces over to you in excited hops once seeing the large carton in your hands.

“Lemme see, lemme!” he all but demanded and once you open the contents of the box, the ball of sunshine bursts in sparks of energy. “This is it!” he all but yells, running around the room and waking up the rest of the occupants.

Ritsu powers through the noise and stays asleep as Izumi rises with slews of curses and not-so-pretty words directed at the composer. Arashi is slowly blinking awake, lifting the edges of the pastel coloured sleep mask and glancing at Leo in a bit of a daze. Tsukasa had bolted when Leo made it a point to showcase his lung capacity. The young leader huffing once realizing it was Leo and trying to pull the blanket draped on him over his head.

“What’s got him so worked up? He’s not usually this active until at least eight.” Izumi grumbles, dark circles under his eyes and looking at you with a bit more glare in the crease of his brows than usual.

You smile, albeit strained and glancing down at the box placed near your feet. Izumi follows your line of sight and the sigh he lets out is anything but impressed. “You’re kidding,” he groans, taking out a piece of headpiece and raising it as if holding something akin to a piece of celery. “When you said our next theme was similar to The Three Musketeers I had expected something else.”

You shrug one shoulder, looking at Tsukasa and Arashi who had fully woken up and now inspecting the box. Arashi giggles a bit at the cat ears headband Izumi was holding, nose scrunching cutely as Tsukasa inspects the rest of the box’s contents.

“Well, y’know,” you start, glancing at Leo who was now wearing the pair of cat ears and tail, playing with the sword with large vertical swishes. “you’ll be The Knights-keteers.”
