Get GZ's Iron Chef Burger is a delicious classic burger recipe with a flavorful twist. The combination of seasoned ground beef, melted cheddar cheese, and a tangy burger sauce makes it a mouthwatering favorite.

Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup diced onions. 1/4 cup diced pickles. 1/4 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tsp mustard. 4 slices cheddar cheese. 4 hamburger buns. Lettuce leaves. Tomato slices. Salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. In a bowl, combine ground beef, diced onions, and season with salt and pepper. Mix well and form into 4 burger patties. Place the burger patties on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer if desired. During the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty and close the grill lid to melt the cheese. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for about 1 minute, until lightly browned. In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard to create the burger sauce. Assemble the burgers by placing lettuce leaves and tomato slices on the bottom bun, followed by the cooked patty with melted cheese. Spread the burger sauce on the top bun and place it on top of the patty. Serve hot with a side of pickles.
