i'm not going to be one of those dumbasses that force you to read a series, but honestly, Harry Potter is just amazing. It has the perfect amount of suspense, plot twists, character development, sassy, sarcastic, and relatable characters, and just a powerful plot. The beginning is a bit slow, but it gets addicting really quickly. If you like Percy Jackson (the character and the book series), you're going to fall in love with Harry. Plus, our fandom was never an annoying shit like some...
Well I've read Percy Jackson countless number of times and I think the problem of me getting into HP was that I saw the movies before I tried reading the books and I was too distracted by knowing what happens already and wanting to skip ahead in the books to get to some of the good parts. I was starting to read the first book and I was bored with a lot of the description, but don't get me wrong I feel like I would love the books. I think thats a summer thing I need to do. Just go read the books during the summer. :))
have you ever read Harry Potter? or do you even like it?
Ive tried to start reading it but I just cant get into it.
I more of a fan of Harry Potter from watching the movies.
