Dear @ipsforg, fellow SEOs, SEC, and ExCo, It is the end of my mandate, I would like to take this opportunity to address you with some appreciation, highlights and final remarks. It has been a great pleasure for me to serve as IPSF Chairperson of Student Exchange and carry on its biggest and longest-running projects, the well-known Student Exchange Programme, amongst its marvelous network of officers keeping the SEP spirit alive in all countries and spreading onto new territories. Now with more than 90 member organisations from more than 70 countries, another year has passed and another +1000 exchanges have been achieved, at an increasing pace, this project is adapting to changes in our lives, and profession wise, challenges and practices, offering continuously a platform for future pharmacists and recent graduates to learn about their preferred fields of practice, narrowing down their career choices or giving them a chance to opt for something atypical and new. We have successfully moved all our SEP operations to its new home, the new SEP database, on IPSF rebranded website, a database that answered so many needs from the past and has the potential to answer the new and futuristic ones to come for years. I have always envisioned to be a messenger with my deeds and words, not only aiming to do the job right and in its most ideal manner but also, to illustrate and promote certain methodology and conduct, to my perspective, it is important for people to know why, what purpose, which need is being addressed and the origins of processes and procedures on top of how to perform those correctly, and that's how I have been trying to build and express different instructions this programme carries. With that, my era comes to an end, I will be joining you next mandate and SEP year as Immediate Past Chair, amongst other involvements, feel free to reach out to me on social media or email.
