So I was in so much pain/was so spasmy this morning that I pissed the bed and didn’t even realise (I just thought I was sweating buckets) til I got up (ironically, I got up to pee 😂) 🙈 this happens so rarely (because my type of incontinence means I can’t really pee without drugs and tubes; wetting the bed is actually kinda miraculous 😂!) and it’s not my fave way to start the day. I’m pretty hard to embarrass, but it wasn’t fun going to find a nurse to let them know my 25 year old ass had wet the bed! The nurse was a star 🌟 and helped strip, clean (thank god for waterproof mattresses!) and change the bed straight away.
