Troubleshooting
To use the Handsfree Mode with the iPhone 5, follow these steps:
Set your phone to ‘Vibrate on Silent’ AND ‘Vibrate on Ring’  Settings > Sounds > Vibrate on Ring > ON            AND Vibrate on Silent > ON
Remove any phone cover or protection

Place iPhone 5 in upright position on smooth, level surface 
 Surfaces such as glass, marble or polished wood are ideal

Practice a few times in different places to get the hang of it, before you try to impress your friends!Â
Technical Notes Handsfree Performance is much better on the GSM (AT&T in US)Â version of iPhone 5 than on the CDMAÂ (Verizon in US)Â version of the iPhone 5.
The GSM and CDMA versions of the iPhone 5 have a difference vibrator hardware.
