How to grab a screenshot on an iPhone or iPad
Taking a screenshot is simple, just press the power button and home button at the same time and the screen will flash white (you will also hear a click sound). The screenshot will be stored in your Camera Roll. From the camera roll you can then email or share this image.
Videos can be loaded directly from Camera Roll to the Video to Photo Grabber app, then you can inspect the video frame by frame and pick up the one you like to save as photos.
