This is Mini Flask, one of the Escaped Experiments.

Age: Childlike clone

Mini is a clone that was created by Fiona and forced to help her with her horiffic experiments.

Mini is a lot tinier than Fiona and than most objects, earning her the Mini moniker.

She's inherited Fiona's delusions, but knows deep down they aren't true and desperately wants help to ca them down, however Fiona used to manipulate her into believing said delusions.

Fiona, in a twisted way, cared for Mini, but at the same time, she severely mentally abused and controlled her.

Mini is traumatized from the things she was forced to see and do..

Eventually, with the help of a fellow experiment, she was convinced to make her escape. Sadly, the other experiment didn't make it out alive, and she forever holds that guilt, as well as the guilt of those Fiona forced to be her victims.

The Doctor accepts her as he accepts all the other Escaped Experiments, but she doesn't accept herself.

Mini also has a side effect of being a clone: She feels all her pain and hears whispers of her thoughts.

One day, the Doctor came up with an idea to dye her liquid a different color, because he noticed she was struggling to separate herself from Fiona.
