It's still very much a work in progress so be warned :,

It's mostly focused on parts 4 and 5 since most other parts can basically be avoided entirely

Really all I have figured out for part 1 instead of turning him into a vampire, the mask turns Dio into an incubator. Since most incubators have been killed off on Earth there wouldn't be any witches or anything for Jonathan to fight and Dio really doesn't know how to an incubator I don't think anything major would happen

For part 2 it's mostly Kars teaching Dio how to be an incubator. Now that he actually knows how to make magical people (can't really say magical girls since anyone can become magical) and the benefits of doing so he kind of goes crazy with it. Joseph and Ceasar both become magical, Joseph probably for a stupid reason and Ceasar wishes for a family, and Ceasar ends up dying in a fight with a witch.

Part 3 can be skipped entirely because the second Holly gets sick and Dio shows up Jotaro can just wish Holly better. Boom. Plot avoided (plus a healing wish gets pretty good powers not gonna lie). He'd meet the rest of the gang while fighting witches. I don't have a lot figured out for this part so I don't know if I want everyone to live or not

Part 4 is where things start more interesting. Since Morioh is a fairly big town there'd be a higher population of both witches and magical people along with much more varied wishes. Joskue probably wished to be able to heal/fix anything while he was really sick and that helped speed up his recovery. Okuyasu wished he could be useful to his brother and Koichi wished he could help Joskue. Kira doesn't become a magical boy until near the end, where he wishes he could get away with everything, and that's when he gets Killer Queen's ability and Bites the Dust (but no Sheer Heart Attack, sorry Kira 😔).

Part 5 is actually the one I'm writing right now! Or trying to anyway, I haven't worked on it in a while. It follows the actual Madoka plot much closer than the other parts, with Giorno not becoming a magical boy until the end. Passione isnt a Mafia, it's more like an organization that helps magical people in the area to not die and stay safe, but it's really predatory with it's practices and is very hostile to newcomers and anyone who doesn't join it or agrees with it's ideals. Suddenly, members of Passione stop getting thier supplies, which causes a huge surge in witches and the gang has to take care of them all before all of Italy falls into chaos
