Hello! Yes, I do like Aurora! You could say I LOVE her!

I don't remember what year I found her, maybe around 2016-2017. YouTube kept recommending Runaway to me until I gave in. I'm happy I did because after that I listened to everything she had available! I also consider her an inspiration in my spiritual change/transformation. Which might seem odd to some but, oh well!

I have seen her in person at concerts twice and even got to take a picture with her! It was surreal and I regret being so speechless! A conversation with her would be divine!

I used to listen to All My Demons Greeting Me as a Friend constantly until she came out with her next album. Infections of a Different Kind altered my biology lol get extremely emotional whenever I hear the song Infections of a Different Kind as well. Either I'm screaming along with the song or on the verge of tears. I cried when I heard her sing it in person <3

I think AURORA is an amazing artist and definitely someone worthy of the success she has earned. I'm proud to be a fan of someone who fights so hard for Earth and her people. I think she is a great role model for others as well. I absolutely DO NOT subscribe to the star-seed/angelic being belief because personally I think that is incredibly harmful and disrespectful. It spreads lies and harmful rhetoric all the while taking away from the hard work and talent of Aurora by saying she's only this good because of outside influence.

Sorry, I had to rant a little bit. I know each fandom has its downfalls but I never expected AURORA fans to literally believe she was an alien/angel and cause harmful/distasteful ideologies about her and others.

ANYWAY: TLDR

AURORA's Infections of a Different Kind and A Different Kind of Human are making their way back on vinyl but this time in black!

I can see a really clear pattern in my music. At first, I was really emotional and every song reflected these emotions. By my second album I feel I had realised I could use my music to speak about things I care about. It’s like I began my music very internal and then it became more external. For the future, I’d love to tap into spirituality and maybe make an album that’s only about death and how deal with it because it’s going to happen to us, to our families. So, I’d like to write about music that’s good for people in grief because I think the world needs music for that, music is like a best friend, it allows you to express things that maybe words cannot.
