@inxcorde is a beautiful writer and she characterizes her Jace so beautifully. It is a blessing to be able to write with her and I hope more people begin to see what a terrific person she is. Everyone should follow!

“Kiss me,” she pleaded, and he did, hot languorous slow kisses that sped up as his heartbeat did, as the movement of their bodies quickened against each other. Each kiss was different, each rising higher and higher like a spark as a fire grew: quick soft kisses that told her he loved her, long slow worshipful kisses that said that he trusted her, playful light kisses that said that he still had hope, adoring kisses that said he had faith in her as he did in no one else. Clary abandoned herself to the kisses, the language of them, the wordless speech that passed between the two of them.”

Mal didn’t usually interfere when hunters chased downworlders but this seelie was a pain in her ass. “Need a hand?” Mal called from her perch on a fire escape, calling on a wall of green flames to block the seelie’s escape. The half-fae dropped to the ground just at the seelie through a dagger at where she’d been a moment before. “Hey not my fault you’re an ass.” She grumbled at the seelie.

      “If you are also here to tell me how bad I am for Isabelle, you need not bother. I have already told her to stay away.” Raphael’s voice was biting, and he walked swiftly toward the door of the Institute, tired of these damned cabinet meetings and the people he had to face when he came. Surely, if the Seelie Queen could send a proxy, he could as well?

magnus was organizing a bookcase when he felt a tremble in the wards. a twist of energy that could not be named. hmm. his next appointment wasn’t for another hour or so. soon enough the front door was pushed open and in stepped... jace? had he not received a cat emoji with hearts bursting out of its eye sockets from the head of the new york institute mere minutes ago, this could have been a cause for concern. “when did you all decide knocking was no longer necessary," he muttered. sliding a text in the last gap on the shelf, he turned slowly. “what can i do for you, jace?” a question asked in a neutral tone. almost formal, as if he were a client.
