This was a huge surprise. It even took the student a moment to realize who it even was! But that bouncy blond hair was something he wouldn’t forget so easy. “What are you doing at UA? Ah, never mind. It’s great to see you again!”

Blue eyes drift to the girl who easily fit on just one of his muscled legs. Offering her a signature smile before patting that blonde head of hers. Almost laughing at how identical she looked to her mother. 

Brows furrowed together. It was obvious she was lying. When they first met, Melissa was nothing short of energetic, and would go on to prove she was strong as well. So seeing that same girl so shaken now made his heart tighten. He moved a bit closer, still giving her space, but wanting to assure her that he was there. There for her.

“I know...” Izuku said, his voice as soft as his worried expression. “I know it’s scary, even after everything is okay.” He still had nightmares about the alleyway in Hosu. About not being fast enough to save Iida. He remembers the sickening feeling that fell upon him in the presence of All for One, which even now causes his stomach to turn.
