My first anime at like 10-11 years old (damn its been awhile) was my hero academia and i was traumatized by things i saw on the internet including being ashamed of shipping characters because of weird ones and a fanfic i was way to young to read

-after mha i told myself i wouldn't ship characters but slowly i started allowing myself to because i got into demon slayer and i loved obanai and mitsuri so i was like its fine if its canon and then i got into tbhk and loved kou and mitsuba so i was like its fine if its pretty much canon and then just said fuck it ill do whatever i want to and now im here

-once I realized how fucked that fanfic i read was i never wanted to even consider reading fanfic again but then i read the hxh manga where the anime left off and desperately wanted leorio and kurapika to interact because kurapika is depressed as shit so i wanted fanfic but was scared to look for leopika fanfic because i didn't know how ao3 worked at the time and they are both adults and the fanfic that traumatized me was about teenagers so i decided i would start with togachoko first because if it was weird id be less uncomfortable if it was girls (as an asexual lesbian) sooo blah blah blah read a TON of fanfic and now im writing fanfic lmao and the first two i actually finished writing where both just two different scenarios where leorio and kurapika meet up on the black whale and hug (if you couldn't tell i really want them to hug)
