The group reconvened on Thursday 14th to discuss progression and band selections. We watched a few bands and chose two from what I can recollect they are;

The Escobars, and Tales of Two Counties. Both with tasteful rock and folk music that will PLAY TO GIVE on Tues 3rd. Next we discussed the venue and what I had done to secure our dates. I had been conversing with my mate Moe Jamil who I know manages his own Dub-step and trap Dj sets events at the Adelphi on Thursday nights. I messaged him on Facebook to see if he knew of any venues that would host an Indie Rock band event in short notice.

Rochelle Spence: Hey Moe how r you! xx do you do events management? If you do I really need help finding another venue to host a gig night I'm doing For my group coursework. Do you know any venues that are used to hosting indie rock events? X really appreciate your help.

The mad ferret was the first option but they have just fired their event coordinator so I couldn't book a date for Tuesday3rd of December

I was thinking either roper hall or warehouse if possible

That's true but we begun promoting it with the ferret a couple weeks ago. They pulled out this morning.  But thank you so much for helping out Hun.

Yh it is ticketed on the door and sales we make during face to face promotions. I'm working in a group of like seven so it's not all down to me. We said £4 on the door including a prize draw raffle ticket. What so you think ?

Yh Cash for kids but we were given like 3 weeks to put the event on. It's not a lot of time is it?

It's rock fm's charity

They are like promoting it on air for us too

So thanks to Moe there seemed to be hope of securing another venue for the event.
