My name is Lestat de Lioncourt and I will forever be angry that I can’t just live a happy life with my husband and daughter.

I kin Armand from The Vampire Chronicles for both spiritual and coping reasons and it’s such a trip. I have super similar trauma to his in this lifetime and it’s not fun. Sometimes I’ll be reading the books and thinking “I can’t believe I did something that terrible during that lifetime. Am I still like that? What if I hurt people? I don’t want to hurt people.” It’s just all around a real bad time. I’m still pretty similar to him in personality too so that’s a time. Send help. L

Upset that I have such a hard time learning languages. Learning a lot of things really, due to focus and memory issues. A lot of it is missing knowledge in general but tonight just slid home how much I miss being multilingual in particular. I could understand all of his messages to an extent when sent in french but i couldn’t respond in kind and i wished so badly i could have. - Louis de Pointe du Lac #mercifulmournful

Sometimes I get jealous of Louis being more popular and sought out, but then I remember I knew Lestat when he was a human and I don’t feel so jealous anymore(all jokes, I adore Louis). - Nicolas de Lenfent

Hello Lestat de Lioncourt here to complain, and complain I will. Todays complaint: despite the fact it's practically canonical I've seen no one refer to Gabrielle as a transman, or well...a man at all. I never referred to it in my books because it wasn't so much my place nor did I always know the term...however if I see one more person call him my sister I am going to pull a Louis and light them on fire.
