Exercise should not feel like torture. It should feel like fun, it should nourish your soul and help you connect with the deep parts within. It should help you empty the mind and connect with your intuition. It should feel pleasant and slightly challenging but not like a bootcamp. Too much gruelling exercises can have the opposite effect.
