Our client is a luxury interior design company who create interiors for bespoke new build homes, prestigious multi-dwelling developments as well as large individual refurbishment projects. They are looking for a Junior, a Mid-weight and a Senior Interior Architectural Designer to work for them on a full-time basis. The ideal candidates will be technically accurate designers with great listening skills, able to interpret a client's individual brief and realise their vision to budget. They will enjoy working in a team and autonomously, using their initiative and have a flexible 'can do' attitude. Skills and Experience sought should include: Appropriate level of residential interior design experience for the role that you are applying for Good Interpersonal and client presentation skills with a professional and clear manner Good at listening and taking a detailed brief Ability to present designs and manage client meetings Creative skills and success in leading creative processes and creating a trustful environment Good eye and passion for High-end Interior Design Proficient in AutoCAD and InDesign Experience and technical ability to produce all relevant drawings needed for an interior architectural project Organised with good scheduling skills UK driving licence and a car In return these roles offer the successful candidates a competitive salary (dependent on experience) with exposure to a variety of distinguished projects, peer mentoring and team support for solid career development from day one.
