Cypress has gone through SO many iterations throughout the pre-production process of Galaxies Collide. This was the initial concept art I sketched up of her:
She was originally named Maria, but I changed her name to Cypress by popular vote.
I then made a digital version with color, and Cypress 1.0 was born.
This version was around for a while until I finally decided to revamp her character design back in August of 2025. Her design didn't fit her character anymore, so I decided to give her a fresh coat of paint. These were a few color & marking tests I did with her design:
This was the version that won by popular vote, and it is the version we know her as now!

The Intergalactic Files mascot!
They are the personified form of a file folder that holds galaxies. Its body was created from a mix of mechanical pieces and chunks of the galaxy itself.
