Lavender Blooms Once Again | Leah & Edgar
@feathers-and-frustrationā
The wedding had been gorgeous from the guest book to the aisle. Every bit of it felt Royal and proper. More importantly it felt right for them and she was overjoyed to be there regardless of having to hide off to the side. Blending into the crowd was easy enough when it was such an important and highly visible event. Everyone was dressed to the nines and they couldnāt stand out unless they were in wedding gowns themselves. How I wish. Instead she did what she could to match with a navy blue mermaid dressĀ and a formal flower do.Ā Ā It didnāt escape her the little touches that honored her and Fearne. Even if it seemed out of place to everyone else she knew and nothing felt more right than that. Her parents looked wonderful and elegant as always. Her boys looked gorgeous in their suits and the vows had her crying in a heartbeat. There were a few times where she would have sworn they looked right at her but she was never certain. Not until the I doās were done and they looked down the aisle, down the crowd. She wouldnāt mistake those looks for anything. It had her crying a little harder than normal and her make-up smeared enough to be noticeable. Happy tears of course.
When they reached the reception it felt more comfortable than the wedding despite feeling a little more cramped The venue was accommodating of course. It forced all the paparazzi out which was a welcome change. It felt more them than before. Given that the boys were extremely private people it wasnāt too much of a stretch. Leah held Fearneās hand through the first dance and swayed into her every now and then. When it was done she knew they couldnāt linger even if she wanted to. The hotel rooms is really where theyād get their chance. Even if that meant waiting until the middle of the night. She didnāt care.
The knock finally came and she sprung up from the bed, bare feet meeting carpet as she rushed to greet him. Her cheerful attitude from earlier had yet to wear off and she opened the door with a wide smile,āHi Mon Amour. Iāve been expecting you.ā
