My Last Chance To Be Set Free

I am lost

with no means for a reason

at all cost

must clear this blame of treason

without proof

I’ll be sent to the gallows

If I goof

each day remains the same tomorrow

All my hope

turns into another dream

I can’t cope

with echoes of shouts and scream

I’m alone

no one dares to be near me

all are gone

Let me die, however it may be

it’s no use

there is no more cause for plea

I’m refused

my last chance to be set free

AS FAR AS I CAN RECALL

As far as I can recall

the way we kiss goodnight

When shadows fall

And I hold you tight

Just for us, two

Candle lights dinner

Before the night is through

Silently still, dancing diners

Daily, I wait at your front door

Oh! As usual, it’s such a thrill

Just as it has been before

Then comes the winter chill

And whoosh! You are gone

A hopeful wait, till the sun is done

In the treacherous wind, all alone

LOVE HAS WINGS

get out of here

for some fresh air

let the sunshine in

the pipes are choked

and the rattlings loud

love yourself

and you’ll learn to love others

measured first against your own

hibernated standard of love

for infinite love dwells within you

you gotta let it out

release it, set it free

take the plunge, take a fall

that’s the first step to flying

love has wings, and fly you will

The pursuit for perfection

Whereby sensible nothingness

is also something nonsensical

The aim is to focus, to investigate,

that life is a pursuit, not for success

It is simplicity against strength

Patience verses oppressive forces

It is truth against the lies of giants

Till an underdog overcomes the brute

And the hunted becomes the hunter

Accepting the hand of fate

till the unbeatable Goliath slips

down, to an unfavorable position,

opening up possible probabilities

coupled with probable possibilities

A SUMMER ROMANCE

a summer romance

school holidays

a fated chance

in so many ways

of holding hands

running up a hill

loving, such a grand

charm as time stood still

sitting by a lake

in an intimate embrace

a memorable take

kisses, cheeks, face

butterflies in my belly

tears in her eyes

grass carpet for a filly

knight without a pony

precious, tender fair lady

breezy and sunny

under an oak tree, shady

summer soulmate, honey

I love you

How can I not love you?

I love you

beyond all means of my expression

You are the joy alive in me,

you accepted me

as I am, the way that I am

For a new meaning to my life

You tell me my purpose

to show me now a reason

in my daily living

That together, we shall gather

to rebuild the ruins, a life anew

For you are my life

I love you

You free me from exile

I love you,

returning love for the love I learn

I live no longer for myself

Only in you, with you,

and unto you forevermore

We are two, to make it three

Two, three, and much more

Not impossible at all

Just in trust to commit

Together, by our love renewed,

given in goodness and holiness

For I love you so

I Walk The Streets Of Narrow

I walk the streets of narrow

To while away my sorrow

Praying to tomorrow

For a yesterday to borrow

Stick out my head to burrow

Till tears fill a wheelbarrow

With bitterness hard to swallow

And I hear a whiff of arrows

My hairs rising row by row

Eerie sounds of cursed crows

Cut my bone to the marrow

Plow my soul with a harrow

To feed the littered farrow

My face sliced to the furrow

And I see a raining of arrows

Fear sprouting to rapidly grow

Paralyzing me as I never know

Heartbeats rise to a billow

My voice down to the hollow

Red cheeks turn pale and sallow

I try to hide, high and low

Just to fend off the gallows

In self pity I wallow

Never be called a yellow

My instinct now set aglow

Rest my head on a pillow

Sinking to my bed below

Nothing I can do, go slow

Senses calm to a mellow

To wear a crown of hallow

All Diminish In Time

footprints of time

delicate tinkles

imprints sublime

intricate wrinkles

all diminish in time

by faintly talk

preserved vanity

of dainty walk

conserved beauty

dust off as chalk

brilliant grins

bring out a smile

a full life begins

ring out from miles

the source of sins

melodies sweet

from underneath

tomorrows greet

a home bequeath

as memories meet
