The guy teaching us long hair dressing is awesome. He is fun. He asked everyone to play the type of music they listen to because he wanted to hear some new music and for the first time someone in my institute loved my playlist. But then it had to be changed cause everyone made a fuss about it. Later I put my fun music playlist. Which everybody loved. Then he decided to cut my hair. He wasn't carrying his kit so he asked the other instructor for the kit. Then she commented how I don't have hair to get cut. In the end he has given me a fabulous hair cut and might even colour my hair soon.Â
What I find fascinating is how I am in the hair industry and I get called a freak or weird and not normal, or mad because I have short hair with funky colour and I don't want to do anything mainstream. I mean on one hand you are telling people to open up and experiment with their hair and on the other you laugh at those who do.
