When the ensorcelled bullet hits a target, it explode inside the flesh; releasing the liquefied saronite core. If it hits a living being, the liquefied saronite enters the bloodstream and can cause Saronite poisoning. Poisoning can cause extreme vomiting, nausea, headaches, violent hallucinations, internal hemorrhaging, cardiac arrest, etc. The poisoning can be cleansed if treated IMMEDIATELY. However, symptoms may still persist.
