I’ve figured out the secret to family travel...wait for it...it’s bringing family when you travel! No I’m not talking about my actual spawn, I have no choice but to tote along those tiny tots. I mean useful humans like grandparents, siblings, and friends that you consider family. Basically anyone that can’t end your relationship with them after a few days of traveling with your crazy crew. Example A, how much fun is my daughter having in this picture being shown the Venice canals? And how much fun am I having that it’s not me holding her? That’s my sister doing the heavy lifting in this shot. So in our #familytravel lesson of the day we’ve learned that it’s great to show the world to your kids, while not being the only one ensuring they don’t fall into a Venetian canal, and you get bonus points if your family member looks enough like you to give the illusion of you being both in the picture and taking the picture.
