Made an Inspector Gadget OC that only fits in my Johnny Gadget Universe. Their name is The M.A.D Professor (Stitches/Teddy) and they are a scientist that experiments on living creatures / humans. They’re also Dr.Claw's personal scientist but also a rival to Von Slickstein. Stitches is very dedicated to defeating Gadget but only because they want to impress Claw, hoping to be with him. Fortunately, Claw is hard to get and Stitches never wins him over. HAHA LOL NOOB!
