In the NPR podcast "Hidden Brain", the episode "stereotype threat" features Annie Duke, the first female poker player (and winner!) in world series poker. She said that to overcome negativity (like stereotypes) she'd think about setbacks as transient by envisioning herself in the future. Whether it's a bad grade, flat tire or shattered phone, it will work itself out, and future us made it through! Bad experiences don't define you. Whatever the trial there's 'an escape to endure it'. <3 #InspAnon

Don't be sorry! The support is mutual and you help others too. Plus, it's motivating! E.g.: I've seen people eat well to get healthier, and then get angry at people that aren't motivated to do the same. Everyone "should" eat better, true, but berating others doesn't motivate them. It does the opposite. Love is the strongest motivator, and when we give and receive it to "our neighbors", we can feel more motivated in all aspects of our life! We'll keep coming by here from time to time. #InspAnon
