Have I told you how much I LOVE Plyometrics (aka death by jumping)?! 😂 #insertsarcasmhere Despite loving cardio at one point and jumping like a lunatic in Zumba, I'm not a fan of Plyo...especially when you throw weights in my hands. But I need a quick, 30 minutes with a simple meal plan that I KNOW will get me the results I need and WANT for this challenge I'm in with other coaches. 😉 I've been doing a program called Hammer & Chisel, which is BY FAR my favorite program because it has so much variety. However, I'm laser focused because I have 44 days until around 25,000+ coaches, including myself, descend on Nashville for our annual Summit conference.
