It has a couple different abilities

First, if she uses her epithet and sings, she can lure in people that hear her into doing whatever she asks. The effects are hypnotic-esque. The more powerful the target is, the less amount of time she can keep them under control. (She probably can't keep a grasp on Nova class people for more than, like, 20 seconds)

Next, if she sings at high enough frequency at the same time she uses her epithet, she can crack things. You know, like glass and walls and stuff.

(Both of those abilities are negated if, for example, she has a cold and can't sing.)

Lastly, she can summon ocean waves. They're not that big or powerful, but they're salty.
