Fit test today, two weeks after the beginning of Insanity (second round for me). All exercices were better :)
Started Insanity again yesterday. After today’s workout, my whole body is in pain (: someone help me and prevent me from doing this again (:
Insanity, day 24: DONE!
Day 24: Plyometric Cardio Circuit! Didn't have to rest during the exercices for once, nice! What is also nice is that next week is Recovery Week! I can play the DLC all I want :p

Insanity, day 19: DONE!
Cardio Power & Resistance. Had to force myself to begin, but now I'm happy I did it :) I’m still under 60 kg and it’s great!
Insanity, day 18: DONE!
Cardio Recovery today :) And I’m definitely under 60 kg now :D I'm so happy, I see the effects on my weight, my body shape... and my morale :) Insanity really is helping me through this battle! Problems at both feet prevented me to walk for almost 3 years- but now, things are changing!
Insanity, day 17: DONE
Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs. I'm really feeling my endurance coming back :) i only pass the tuck jumps cause that really hurts my vertebra. Also, for the first time in months, i'm under 60 kg (132 lbs) :D
