An incoming text from an unknown number, but the familiarity in its tone would suggest an encounter that had happened just recently.
Good day, Professor. It's me, Saguaro.
I returned the cakes and the cart to Artisan Bakery. Unfortunately, most of the cakes are no longer edible, but the staffs are thankful regardless, since some of them are still salvageable. The Chansey does not seem to belong to any of them, and it has been following me around ever since.
I'm thinking of leaving it with Miriam, the school nurse. But I have yet to decide.
I hope your meeting with the Director is going well.
[Text]: Hey, good to hear from you and that's nice.
Oh man, so texting people he can't say offhanded things too isn't his strong suit. Business? No problem. Casually? Another story.
[Text]: She seems to like you. Have you thought about catching her and adding her to your team? She doesn't clash with your aesthetic after all.
That meeting with the director...was also another story.
[Text]: Thank you. If you like to catch up in person, I'm sure we could find a nice sports bar or lounge to share stories and drinks at. If you're keen on it that is.
