Idk where this came from so suddenly or why it’s happening but I haven’t felt like killing myself in a really fucking long time, or felt such a strong compulsion to do it. It’s been 6 years since I last hurt myself and I’m really struggling to not give in.
This is not a pity party post or to make you feel sympathy for me, this year sucks and this holiday season feels particularly ass. People are lonely and sad and feel like no one fucking cares about them, obviously that’s not true we all have people who love us whether they’re irl or online
Please check in with your friends, support each other reach out to them bc I’m sure it’ll help them feel a lot less alone. This is also not to guilt trip anyone do what you want but as someone really wanting to fucking die right now having a support system is really helpful
