Don’t get me wrong, I love to get fancy and complicated as much as anyone. But sometimes all I need is the way ink sits on paper to just feel completely satisfied with life. This is almost-but-not-quite a monoline, a thickly pigmented gold ink on uncoated black paper, and it just makes me so happy to watch it dry. I think I’m a bit weird like that 😂😂 . Tag a Brent!
