“You never did answer my question, you know.” She seems a bit calmer right now. Moreso than usual. She’s standing faced away from him, probably seeming more dramatic than the situation really is. She’s not trying to kill him at the moment. Not yet. Curiosity, probably.

“Geez, was this place really this big, when I was a kid...?”

It’s mumbled under her breath, but the question really is a good one. The vocalist remembered there had been several expansions before Henry had taken over, then everything was a bit fuzzy, after that- She remembered so little of the time between then and the day Cam never came home.

That was her reason for being here, now. Wandering the halls that she used to run around as a child with a smile on her face. Now, however? Things were different... Everything from the air to the place’s appearance. This wasn’t the home she knew.

“...Mister Dobbs... What the hell happened here?”

What am I witnessing

She doesn’t even remember the last time she SAW the employee lounge, much less stepped foot in it. She practically LIVED in he music department of the studio, even during break.

“Break”. More like “the times she had to force Sam to sit down and eat before he worked himself to starvation”, and even then he rarely left his office, save for the few times she insisted he got some fresh air with that food.

But today she needed out of that department. She needed to see some different faces before she drover herself insane. It was either that or go out for a smoke...but thankfully a face caught her eye that breathed some life back into her.
