We have a liter of pre-cherry vinegar from the pits that will be delicious shrubs around September. π₯€ But the 8 pints of gorgeous perfectly captured cherries bottled today are in a light syrup with a drop of lemon juice and Amaretto. I cannot wait to do something truly hedonistic πand indulgent with them during the coming winter.
